YB27-12 MODULAR BOX SUBSTATION (AMERICAN)

Overview

The ZGS-12 prefabricated box-type substation (American style) is a product developed by absorbing advanced foreign technologies and combining domestic actual conditions. The entire product features a compact size, easy installation and maintenance, low noise, low loss, anti-theft, strong overload capacity, and full protection. It is applicable to newly-built residential areas, green belts, parks, stations, hotels, construction sites, airports and other places. The ZGS series prefabricated box-type substation (American style) is suitable for 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply systems, and is used as a power transformation, metering, compensation control and protection device.

Product characteristics

1. Fully insulated, fully sealed, requires little maintenance, and reliably ensures personal safety;
2. Compact structure, with a volume of only 1/3 to 1/5 of that of the same capacity European transformer, and low height.
3. A box-separated structure can be adopted to prevent the contamination of the oil in the transformer oil tank.
4. The high-voltage side adopts dual fuses for full-range protection, significantly reducing costs.
5. It can be used for both ring networks and terminals. The cable head can be urgently plugged and unplugged when the load current is 200A.
6. The box body adopts honeycomb double-layer composite board, which has the functions of temperature insulation and heat dissipation.
7. An electronic phase loss protector is installed on the low-voltage side. When an abnormal voltage is generated within the system, it can quickly disconnect the main input switch.
8. Oil-immersed load switches or SF6 load switches on the high-voltage side can be electrically upgraded, laying the foundation for the realization of distribution network automation.
9. Adopt oil-immersed S9 or S11 series transformers with better performance.
