Overview
The XGW-12/630-25 Series Box-Type Ring Main Unit (RMU) incorporates the HTN-12 environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit. The switchgear features a modular and expandable design, full insulation, a fully sealed construction, high safety and reliability, maintenance-free operation, online monitoring, wireless temperature measurement, and voltage presence indication. It is suitable for operation under harsh environmental conditions, providing reliable and safe operation with easy maintenance. The product is widely used in industrial parks, residential communities, streets, buildings, integrated commercial centers, and other applications.
Service Conditions
- Ambient air temperature: −40 °C to +50 °C; 24-hour average not exceeding +35 °C.
- Relative humidity: The daily average shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average shall not exceed 90%.
- Maximum wind speed: 35 m/s.
- Pollution degree: Class III.
- Seismic intensity: up to Grade 8.
- Ground inclination: not exceeding 3°.
- Installation site: The equipment shall be installed in a location free from fire, explosionhazards, and severe vibration, with adequate ventilation and no corrosive gases. Special installation conditions shall be agreed upon with the manufacturer.
- For installation at altitudes above 1,000 m, the altitude shall be specified when placing theorder so that the gas filling pressure can be adjusted accordingly during manufacturing.
- Any special or non-standard service conditions shall be agreed upon with the manufacturer in advance.
