HC-40.5 fully insulated and fully sealed ring network metal switchgear is a key distribution equipment used in medium and high voltage power systems. 1.Full insulation and sealing technology
This equipment adopts a fully insulated design. The insulating medium includes SF6 gas (traditional solution) or environmentally friendly clean air (new solution). Some products use solid insulating materials (such as epoxy resin), and the outer surface is coated with a conductive grounding shielding layer to achieve touchable safety protection. The protection level can reach IP67.

The sealed structure is designed through nitrogen-filled or gas-filled cabinets, combined with pressure sensors and pressure relief protection devices, to ensure that internal components are protected from external environmental influences such as moisture and corrosion, and to support intelligent monitoring of leakage points.

2.Modular and compact design
It adopts a modular layout, integrating circuit breakers, disconnectors, grounding switches, transformers, etc. within a metal-enclosed shell. The cabinet size is compact (such as 600, 2300, 1300 mm), making it suitable for space-constrained scenarios.

The equipment is fixed through connection platforms and interlaced connection plates to enhance the stability of multi-cabinet installation, while maintaining circulation gaps to optimize heat dissipation.

Rated voltage 40.5kV, rated current up to 1250-1600A, short-circuit breaking current 31.5kA, lightning impulse withstand voltage above 185kV, mechanical life up to 10,000 operations.
