It is the deepening of standardized construction, which can not only effectively shorten the construction period, improve the quality of the project, reduce the cost of the construction cycle, but also more conducive to environmental protection, improve the efficiency of smart substation, comprehensively improve the power grid construction capacity, so that the construction of power transformation toward the road of high science and technology content, low resource consumption, less environmental pollution, and fine construction. Prefabricated substation is a new technology in the development of electric power facilities in our country, and the prefabricated compartment body of metal welded structure (container prefabricated compartment transformation) has become an important part of electric power development.
Product characteristics
The fully prefabricated substation changes the traditional electrical system layout, civil design and construction mode of the substation, and constructs the substation through two stages: factory production prefabrication and on-site installation. Its standardized design, modular combination, industrial production, intensive construction, so that the substation construction content is high, less environmental pollution, fine construction of the road.
1. In terms of civil construction: improved the layout of the traditional electrical system, implemented the policy of building energy saving, material saving, water saving and land saving, endeavoured to make the building structure light, and shortened the construction period by using the rapid splicing process on site and the continuous construction process.
2. Electrical aspects: six standard systems of general substation design, detail drawing of parts processing, production process of factory, on-site splicing process, construction fee quota and prefabricated construction control should be formulated.
3. The fully prefabricated substation construction mode requires the support of modern prefabricated parts and steel component factories, which changes the definition of the traditional mode.
Technical requirement
1. The interior space and structure of the prefabricated cabin, the interior of the cabin is composed of secondary equipment, air conditioning, lighting, fire protection, security, image and other equipment, but also needs to meet the working requirements of equipment operation and maintenance personnel, need to repair the interior of the cabin, the decoration material selection of fireproof and waterproof materials, can be added between the decoration material and the bulkhead insulation material, Block the sun exposure to protect the heat insulation function of the box, the lighting air conditioning in the cabin can be selected according to the needs of different ways to achieve, in order to effectively save, the cabin installed industrial air conditioning and exhaust system, can adjust the operating environment in the cabin in real time; Due to the current use of unattended mode, the cabin must also install security, image, image monitoring, fire alarm *system; The cable layout can be properly arranged according to the normal operation of the device.
2. Precast cabin GIS combined electrical appliance and precast cabin substation.
