Overview
Photovoltaic power station low-voltage grid-connected cabinet, which is a distribution device designed for distributed photovoltaic power generation system, it is mainly used in the AC 800V low-voltage system to ensure that the direct current generated by solar panels can be safely and efficiently converted into the public grid. The cabinet integrates a variety of key components and functions, including but not limited to:
Anti-island protection device: automatically detects and prevents the photovoltaic system from continuing to supply power when the power grid fails, protecting the power grid stability and staff safety.
Isolation knife switch: used to physically disconnect the photovoltaic system from the power grid for easy maintenance and safe isolation.
Grid-connected circuit breaker: Quickly cut off the circuit when the system is abnormal, providing overload and short circuit protection.

Technical requirement
Distributed photovoltaic power generation projects should be set at the inverter power output convergence point, easy to operate, can be locked, and has an obvious disconnect point, with ground fault protection of the breaker equipment. In addition to meeting the parameter requirements of the circuit, the components in the AC low-voltage grid-connected cabinet should also ensure safe and reliable operation under the rated conditions specified in the national standard, and its installation should be easy to check and maintain. The measuring current transformer of AC grid-connected cabinet is cast type (user supplied), the secondary current is 5A, and the accuracy of the measuring current transformer is 0.2S. The secondary load of the current transformer (such as an ammeter) is installed in the cabinet. The indicator light adopts anti-interference type long life LED. Fuses are fused tube fuses for protection of control and auxiliary circuits.
The connecting points of distributed power supply should be installed with low-voltage grid-connected special circuit breakers that are easy to operate, have obvious breaking indications, and have the ability to break fault current. Use frame circuit breakers. According to the level of short circuit current, select the breaking ability of the device, and leave a certain margin, and have the ability to reverse the power supply end and the load end.
