Overview
The XGN15-12 unit-type AC metal-enclosed ring main unit switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the ring main unit) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical products that we have independently designed and developed by introducing advanced foreign technology and in accordance with the requirements of domestic rural power and urban power grid renovation. All technical performance indicators comply with the standards of Gold EC62271-200:2003 and GB3906. The main switch, operating mechanism and components of the ring main unit adopt the SFL-12124 complete switchgear assembled and produced domestically with imported parts from ABB. It can also be equipped with the original HAD/US type from ABB according to the user’s requirements. New circuit breaker or VD4-S type vacuum circuit breaker. Its operation methods are divided into two types: manual and electric. The cabinet body is exquisitely crafted after being processed by a CNC machine tool, with a protection level reaching P3X. It also features reliable mechanical connection and anti-misoperation functions. This product features low cost, light weight, beautiful appearance, easy operation, long service life, high parameters, no dirt and low maintenance, among other remarkable characteristics. The XGN15-12 type unitized metal-enclosed ring network switchgear is suitable for power networks with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a voltage distribution of v, and is used for the reception and distribution of electricity. The main switch inside the cabinet is a switch.
Product features
Cabinet structure
1. The ring main unit body is formed by riveting 2mm thick aluminum-zinc plates (or cold-rolled plates sprayed). There are two pressure relief holes at the back of the unit, one for the electrical room and the other for the load switch/busbar room. This structure can ensure the reliability of personal installation and operation of the equipment to the greatest extent.
2. Each small compartment
Busbar chamber
3. The busbar room is located at the top of the cabinet and is connected to the adjacent switch cabinets.
4. The load switch is an independent unit filled with gas inside.
Cable room
5. Approximately 75% of the space is dedicated to cable connections, fuses, grounding switches, and CT and PT installations.
6. Mechanism chamber and interlock
7. The chamber contains the operating mechanism and mechanism interlock, as well as position indication, auxiliary contacts, tripping coils, live display and interlock.
Relay box
8. The relay box is on the top of the cabinet and is optional. The small chamber is used to install special devices such as instruments, relays and motor units.
Circuit Breaker Room
9. A circuit breaker (vacuum) can be placed below the load switch.
