The LHLX-PV photovoltaic combiner box is suitable for the maximum input voltage of the inverter, DC550V/DC1000V. The box body is made of PVC engineering materials and has passed tests such as fire resistance and flame retardancy, temperature rise, impact resistance, and UV resistance, with a protection level of 65. This product is designed and configured strictly in accordance with the requirements of “Technical Specification for Photovoltaic Combigators” CGC/GF 037:2014, providing users with a safe, simple, beautiful and applicable photovoltaic system product. The LHLX-PV24/Z/D lightning protection combiner box combines the DC inputs of up to 24 photovoltaic cell module strings into one or more outputs. Each output is equipped with a fuse, and the outputs are equipped with lightning protectors and circuit breakers, which greatly simplifies the input wiring of DC distribution cabinets and inverters. It provides lightning protection, short-circuit protection and grounding protection. Combiner boxes are divided into two types: intelligent and non-intelligent. The intelligent lightning protection combiner box is equipped with a combiner monitoring unit inside, which can monitor the input current of each photovoltaic cell string, summarize the output voltage, the temperature inside the box, and the status of the lightning arrester and circuit breaker, etc.

Product characteristics

1. The protection level of the confluence box reaches 65, with anti-ash, anti-rust, anti-salt spray, to meet the requirements of outdoor installation;
2. Can access up to 24 batteries at the same time;
3. The positive and negative poles of each battery series are equipped with photovoltaic special fuse, which protects the component string when it fails. The fuse base and fuse are used together to reduce the owner’s later maintenance cost and effectively protect the personal safety of maintenance personnel;
4. The photovoltaic special high-voltage lightning protection device can protect the positive pole to the ground and the negative pole to the ground after the junction, and the continuous working power (Uc) can reach 1500VDC;
5. The power module in the bus box can access the maximum photovoltaic voltage of 1500DCV;
6. The bus box measurement and control module uses the reliable Honeywell Hall component (DC CT sensor) to collect and monitor the current and bus voltage of each photovoltaic series, alarm and local fault location, and can measure the temperature in the bus box, and detect the status of the lightning arrester and output circuit breaker;
7. The monitoring module in the bus box has the digital display function, which can display the current of each string of components, the bus voltage, the temperature in the bus box, the status of the circuit breaker lightning arrester, the system power and the equipment address and other related information on the device;
8. RS485/MODBUS-RTU serial port communication;
9. The part with the external interface has lightning protection;
10. Can receive the parameter download of the local monitoring device for analysis and processing;
11. The working power supply of the bus box can be selected from the external 220VAC/DC or the power supply provided by the bus box itself. If the bus box itself provides power, the site does not need to be separately wired for power supply.
