Overview
Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a core device used for power distribution and control. It is specially designed for low-voltage distribution systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 400V or less. It features modularization, strong flexibility, and convenient maintenance, and is widely applied in industrial plants, commercial buildings, data centers, and other scenarios.
Product features
1.Drawer-type unit design
The core functional units (such as circuit breakers and contactors) adopt standardized drawer modules, supporting hot-swappable operation. They can be quickly replaced or repaired without power interruption, significantly reducing power outage time.
The drawer is equipped with mechanical interlock and electrical interlock devices to ensure operational safety and prevent accidental contact with live parts.
2.High integration and scalability
The cabinet body adopts a segmented structure, supporting flexible combination of multiple circuits. Capacity or functional units (such as metering and monitoring modules) can be expanded as needed.
Standardized interface design, compatible with mainstream brand components, reduces the cost of later upgrades.
3.Safety protection level
The enclosure protection grade reaches IP30/IP40 (higher grades can be customized), effectively preventing dust and moisture, and adapting to complex working conditions.
The internal compartment zoning design achieves physical isolation of functional units and reduces the risk of arc fault spread.
4.Core advantages
Efficient operation and maintenance: The drawer unit status indication is clear (such as “Working/Test/Disconnected” position), supporting online monitoring and remote control, improving operation and maintenance efficiency.
Strong reliability: Certified by international standards such as IEC 61439, it has a high short-circuit tolerance capability (such as 50kA/1s), ensuring the stable operation of the system.
Energy conservation and environmental protection: Optimize the layout of copper bars and heat dissipation design to reduce energy consumption, support intelligent power management, and contribute to the goal of green and low-carbon development.
